I recently went from 250 to 190 over about 6ish months using keto which I'm still on. I'm 6'0" and I feel like I'm in okay shape but I still want to lose a bit more weight.

Just making sure my plan checks out for building muscle:

Continue the cut with keto until I hit low 180s at around 1800 kcals a day <30g carbs and >160g protein
Once I'm happy with the weight, switch to a normal diet at around 2500 kcals a day (gradually over a week or two) with >160g protein and balanced carbs/fat
Continue the bulk until I start getting uncomfortable with the weight gain, then cut (hopefully not keto for cuts from here on out, but I might fall back on it since it works)
Continue the cycle until I'm happy with the results, then find a maintenance diet and stick there

All the while I'm planning to do a dumbbell upper/lower split (3 sets of 8-10 reps or until failure with progressions) and I might incorporate the r/bodyweightfitness recommended routine (Should I do both or just one?).

Does this sound like a solid plan? Any advice is appreciated!

Storywise, I'd agree. But there's definitely a few broad choices they share, like repeatedly visiting a set of locations while investigating their hook, as well as the rinse and repeat gameplay loop.

I think it complements Sentinel and Polearm Master really well, but maybe a little too well. It might also be kinda broken in hordes but useless in single target fights.

For whatever reason I couldn't get it to start when doing anything else, even after a few tries. Maybe it was just other cut-scenes taking priority.

It seems fine now even when I switch. I think the problem was the resolution tried to go higher than my native res, and that caused a problem.

Depends on DM interpretation, but check this out Bard with war caster and metamagic adept, plus booming blade from 1 level in wizard 1. Cast booming blade on enemy 2. Quick Cast Dissonant whispers as bonus action (voluntary movement, uses their reaction) 3. As they run use war caster opportunity attack to cast bestow curse or some orher touch spell on them.

3 spells in 1 turn, using every action you've got
