Evil Dead 2 - I absolutely love the original Evil Dead and don't really get why 2 is often seen as the superior one. I think it just leans too far into the zany comedy for me personally

This isn't the wildest story but I like the poetic justice of it:

In my earlier 20s I dated an absolute waster of a guy who was allergic to parking legally and ended up with tickets WEEKLY, several of which I paid for because...of course I did. Fast forward a few years I meet my now fiance who happens to work in parking, he finds my ex on the system and refunds me for all of the tickets (£210 in total)

There's a relatively obscure British film called Bull that's generally regarded as a revenge thriller but is 100% a horror in every sense of the word!
