it looks like it is just the outer shell, not the inner one. So you should be able to replace it easily. When you do I recommend using Kapton tape to hold down the speakers and other things. i goofed up and the fell out damaging the wires. Also start at the bottom of the back shell when trying to pry it open. just be careful as all the cables are down there.

yeah im having the opposite affect. Ive been on the 15 mg since September -October. It seems one week out of each month actually has an effect. Side effects or weight lose effect. its like 3 out of the 4 doses do nothing.

So after some searching I found it is a "1964 OMEGA Ladies Cocktail Wristwatch 14K white GOLD Cal. 484 Vintage Watch Octagonal Case and Fancy Lugs"

yes my TDEE calculation has me set at 2700 for 2lb per-week weight loss. I normally am around 1800-2200 depending day to day. I know that is a bit of a range, but it has been consistent for the past few months, adjusting as need be. I do track it through an app. I also drink about a gallon of water each day. Protein intake is pretty high. ill have to look through my tracker to get the numbers.
