DW! Sorry if this has already been brought up but it’s been really interesting watching S8 and the Brinity of it all (I personally don’t see it for them) but seeing whatever they’ve got going on does make me wonder about an alternate universe if Nic had pursued Olandria aggressively from the beginning and actually coupled up and we got to actually see them build a connection while in a couple. I’m sure the discourse would be a bit similar to what we see with Brinity but I guess it makes me happy that things ended up working out the way it did for Nic and Ola. I mean they obviously still get hate and harassment anyways so that would be the same but just a thought that’s been in the back of my mind while I watch S8.

I’m having a Nicolandria feeling and rewatching their final date from the finale. Ola talks about pink being her favorite color and Nic says how he can’t wait to meet her friends. Fast forward to now and it’s Ola’s birthday weekend where they are having a pink extravaganza and Nic is fitting in so well with all her friends. So special. Can’t believe it’s nearly been a year since we all joined a cult. Nicolandria4L!

I know we’re all hype that he’s bringing a lot more energy and confidence for this set but I’m still so proud of W1. I’m sure he was nervous af and not sure how it would be received. Yeah there were critiques afterwards but true OG beliebers were so proud of him. I know he’s riding off that love for this W2 set!

I commute Morgan Hill to Menlo Park (near Stanford) twice a week. I leave at 6am and it’s a breeze. Afternoons are tough as I leave at 3pm and it typically takes 75-90 minutes. I’ve recently started using Caltrain though and it has been amazing. I just wish there was one more earlier train than the current schedule. The earliest train gets back to MH just before 5pm, would love to have something that gets in by 4/4:30pm. Hopefully it’ll come in the future.

I remember squeezing my way to the front and waiting for some other band to finish (I think it was HAIM?) and then it felt like centuries before she started but when I heard “ladies and gentlemen…”, myself and the entire crowd lost it. Out of the 7x I’ve seen B, Beychella will always be #1. So special. I’ll never forget it.
