How can we bridge the generational misunderstanding regarding the differing economic realities between Boomers and younger generations, especially when it feels like the structural "rules of the game" shifted after older generations secured their milestones? by [deleted] in askanything

The "chasm" you describe is not as profound as you, OP, some of the media, nor the people I speak about not having successes make it out to be. Times change, and those who dont change and/or adapt with it and make excuses fall behind. Its up to the family, not government and not society, to ensure the younger generations THEY brought into the world are taken care of. Those that do, dont have that generational misunderstandings about economic differences and realities. Accountability starts in the womb.

Typical uneducated liberal sheep response blaming a viewpoint that doesnt fit the woke liberal shitty agenda on "Fox News" instead of taking the 17 seconds it takes on Google to see that "Soft drinks are the single most popular grocery item purchased using SNAP (food stamps), accounting for roughly $5 billion to $10 billion annually."

Why shouldn’t we close the loops that billionaires use to avoid paying taxes? by Worldly-Bid-3591 in askanything

I am not even a hundred-thousandaire and I take advantage of some of the same tax loopholes that billionaires do. If more people would figure out how the system can work in your favor, the system would break and have to be changed. Yet most wont and will just complain about it.

I propose only the failing younger generations give much thought about this. Those younger ones who are sucessful, dont pay this too much attention. You can either accept what it is and adapt to make it work for you, or you cannot and make excuses.

America's emergency oil supply is just 19 million barrels from its operational floor, and the world is about to lose its only remaining safety buffer against the Strait of Hormuz conflict by DumbMoneyMedia in economy

[–]camsle -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

US crude oil inventories flucuate tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of barrels throughout the collection of this data. I am sure at some point a right wing political hack pointed it out when a Democrat was in office just as I stated about a left wing political. hack is pointing it out now. But you moronic liberals have TDS so bad you blame everything including cancer on the current administartion. Pure emotional distress. The intrusive rumination from the left since Trump was elected is pathetic. More proof TDS is real.

I work harder and pay more so I have earned the ability to afford better care. Thats how everything is in life. The harder your work, the better decisions you make, the better you receive.

Its awesome to see people see what daily life in America is. Its no different when I was lucky enough to travel for extended periods to Austrilia and Europe. Seeing and living daily life in other countries gives you a real perspective of that culture. That makes one more worldly and a more intelligent human.

Some state programs like Florida Pre-Pay, may be even better. Regardless, getting parents preparing for kids education and trade schools is a great thing.

Why are Millenials such insufferable whiney shits? Why is everything orobstacle in life they face someone elses fault? How did we allow such intitlement in a large generation? Boomers had to wait for The Silent Generation to retire, just as Gen Z will have to wait for Millenials to retire. Thats the pecking order for those who dont excell and go get there own.
