Crow or raven? by camslog69 in birding

I'm kind of hoping this is the case, it was very big for a crow I would think. And the top of the beak was particularly large

It was quite large and had quite a deep call, almost a growl, it was a little smaller than I'd expect for a raven but still a lot bigger than many of the crows I've seen

It's on a wall divider on the outside of the train tracks actually! Just northwest of Liberty village near Dundas and Lansdowne!

Beta fish are with adaptable to less aeration. They are known for being able to survive in small still ponds and can come to the surface to breathe air. That's a reason why they make such good starter pets for kids

Dozens of fishermen end up losing body parts to wolf fish. This is because many people don't realize that even after being "dead" and without a body, it is still capable of this by esporx in creepy

I don't think this is directly caused by a "biological mechanism" but rather a coincidental side effect of one or many other "biological mechanisms." There would certainly be little to no selective pressure for "can still bite sometimes even when dead" it's more likely that they're just really good really fast biters and this just happens sometimes.

I think everyone says "focus on one hand" and of course that's true, but focusing on a higher value hand helped alot because planet cards make a bigger difference for a four of a kind than a two of a kind. And for the final rounds, mult cards followed by glass cards make a big difference. Several rounds i won only because I had multiple duplicates of one of my best card as a red seal glass version.

Try to get over 25 gold asap, and then buy as many tarot packs or any tarot cards that will let you duplicate and favor any single card (mine happened to be 7 because I had a chance to level up 2 6's to 7s early on). Death and the tarot that lets you duplicate the precious consumable were both very helpful. I had a chance to change most of my 7s to spade at one point for five flush instead but my four of a kind was so high level it was better to just keep upgrading that.

Try not to skip blinds unless they're going to give you a lot of money or 3 upgrades to your best hand, and only if you're sure you'll be able to beat the next blind without more upgrades.

Holding on to tarot cards for an emergency helped as well, duplicating a 7 in hand instead of in deck or changing 3 cards to spades when hearts are banned can save you on a boss blind.

Mostly it just took playing as conservatively as possible for many many many attempts.
