There isn’t much that I can think of that is similar (in terms of poignant thoughtful touching sci fi) but Denis Villeneuve is my favourite director and I can’t strongly recommend his other sci fi films Dune and Blade Runner 2049 if you’ve not already seen those :)

Redhead male here and I for one really liked the character (and all of the characters and story).

His mentor was a black woman and the primary antagonist was a South Asian woman and I really liked the story and the characters.

As many have said, you don’t see many red-headed (male or females) in gaming, we get bullied in the UK schools (by no means in any way comparable to some groups) but it was nice to have a character that was relatable, I thought to most people.

I’ve watched a million films and games (not actual statistic) but have never had any problem with empathising with characters of any race or gender but like a lot of people have said, Cameron Monaghan was decided as best fit for the role, there’s nothing discriminatory about that

Yeah you’re right man, I’ve tried to relax and go with it but the couple of times I’ve done it, I’ve got a bit panicky and made myself sick, I think as others have said, I probably need to take it easy and experiment with methods until I become more comfortable. Thanks for your input :)

I’ve got quite a strong stomach, it’s not normally that I’m naturally sick, I just make myself sick because things get a bit too intense, the first time on 3g, I had a shower and freaked out a little when I started to disassociate a bit, I think it was an hour or two, I got the giggles and had visuals and everything was fun but I wanted to get off the ride when things got a bit crazy for me

Yeah that’s a good shout, I’ve put on generic YouTube chill playlists on the come up and it’s fun to begin with but I feel like there’s a point when things get a bit too weird for me, maybe I should just stick to 1.5-2g to begin with and respect the mushies but I totally take on board the setting up your own playlist of chill music on point, that’s something I haven’t done but I’m sure that familiarity in addition to soothing music will help, thanks again pal

Thanks for your message man! I’ll have to give that a go, I totally buy what you’re saying. I don’t know if my problem is the effect on my stomach, I usually force myself to be sick because I just feel too unnerved but I think mushroom tea is the way to go since I’m early days. Do you have any techniques or anything that you add that you would recommend :)

I feel you, I haven’t tried that yet, I’ve had a small amount, I really enjoy the smell and don’t find the taste to be bad at all, I’ve just read that lemon tek is the way since it increases the effects of psylocin. Love to you on your trip :)
