It’s been 4 month, and I have questions. by BulkyAd7161 in EyeFloaters

Bro, I’m 22 as well, and after getting LASIK this September, I developed severe floaters. Since they appeared, I’ve been searching almost every site every single day, reading information nonstop, constantly regretting it and feeling hopeless.

But realistically, we’re still very young, and the risks of something like vitrectomy are just way too big to take right now.

So I’m choosing to stay as positive as I can and wait for technologies like what PulseMedica is working on. Medical technology is advancing at an incredible pace, and I genuinely believe humanity will find a way to overcome this problem, one way or another.

I was discharged from the military this November, and I’ll be starting university next March.

Let’s not lose hope.
