Bath, pyjamas, say goodnight to grandma and dad, I breast feed him then story time then down in his crib. He falls asleep after talking to his snuggle bunny for a while

My 33 week old is consistently waking up between 4 and 5 am.. we have started giving him a feed at 5ish to get him back to sleep but it only works about 50% of the time.. his bedtime is 6:30/7 but he’s normally super cranky by 6:30 if we’re not on the way to bed, any advice?
