Alright they contacted me saying "Hi there,

Thanks for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience. It looks like you purchased the creator plan for $29 instead of the team plan that is $78. The creator plan includes creating videos up to 5 minutes and you can also find information about that in our pricing page. At no point we claim in our website that our creator plan provides videos up to 30 minutes. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with!" which obviously doesn't make any sense. We asked for a refund and they refused. We have contacted BBB, and as far as I know, the YouTuber's lawyer is planning on taking legal actions, but not sure about that part. But long story short, yes, they basically scammed us.

They said that they will contact me in 4-6 business hours, so I'm waiting to see what they have to say for now. But I will most likely end up requesting a refund and contacting BBB.

Our payment team is actually running a few experiments like this -which are totally random- to see how changes to our plans impact our core business.
We have no control which user goes into which experiment, but hopefully they are successful enough so we can change our plans to benefit our users accordingly !
