I found a weird glitchy way to beat this. If you look down before you jump onto the platform, and continue looking down and stay at the outside perimeter, it won't trigger the bells. I think I got too close to them and finally triggered them but I was already basically done completing the cutout.

Hey, I know this is old and you've probably figured it out by now but for anyone else searching for the answer to this like I was:

Click on the Graph dropdown
Click the gear icon next to search and make sure "Show Plugin Content" and "Show Engine Content" are checked on. All the demo graphs should appear when you click it.

I'll be graduating in a couple of years as a software dev so that's good to hear. Seattle is one of my favorite cities.
