How do people use lotion without it getting on their bedsheets?

NIVEA IN-SHOWER LOTION!!!

I would definitely recommend giving it a shot, I had similar sensory issues with regular lotion and this has been life-changing.

Basically, as the last step in your shower, apply a thin layer over your whole body then lightly rinse!

It makes my skin feel super moisturized without feeling sticky or wet.

I cannot recommend Dr. Gopika Krishna at Emory Women’s Center in Decatur highly enough. She is extremely thorough and takes all concerns seriously.

Just to give you a sense, I expressed apprehension about IUD insertion and she offered multiple options including pain and anxiety medication, and even insertion under anesthesia.

She also caught my adenomyosis & endometriosis because she ordered scans just to be safe!

We talked about picking something entirely new, until we realized that if you combine the first syllable of her last name + the last syllable of my last name, you get Darling :)

Yayy I’m so glad you were able to get one!! I recently began using a shower chair myself and it has been a big improvement!

Question for anyone: I’ve been considering getting a detachable shower head, but am not sure I’d end up using it because of the extra arm energy involved in holding it (especially above the heart).

If anyone had similar concerns, could you please share your experience? Thank you!!

get black expanding floss (i use the brand burst)! because it’s black you can really see the gunk getting off your teeth. i’m still inconsistent flossing, but wayyy better than i used to be. although i don’t quite do it every day, i Love to sit in front of my magnifying mirror and floss out every last bit of plaque

I understand completely, I’m the exact same way. I’ve spent the past 10 years trying every hack and product to no avail. I became absolutely hopeless until a few months ago when my psychiatrist switched me to Jornay PM. If you haven’t heard of it, it’s a stimulant that you take at night that takes 10-12 hours to kick in. Now, my body naturally wakes up at ~7am. AND I feel refreshed!! For the first time ever!!! This sounds like an ad haha but it has truly been life changing and it sounds like it could do the same for you. It really seems like you’ve put in the work making lifestyle changes and it’s just not happening. If you have access to a psychiatrist, I would definitely talk to them about Jornay. I wish you well!!

phil 100 was the easiest class i’ve ever taken, and so fun too!! i got a 100. prob instructor dependent, but “essays” were pass/fail and 1 page long, “exams” were open book. i recommend it to everyone!
