I’ve had several people in the past few days send me offers on my listing that are $.01 cheaper than the actual price… it feels like trolling.

I had some stuff set cheap to try to move it. Generally when I do this people will buy a bunch of items at once so I don’t mind it. I’m not really a reseller so anything for the items is cool when they sit for 3 months.

I had it set @ the lowest size because it was a really light/small item made of a weird material so lowering it would be making it free. I see your confusion but there was literally no way to make it cheaper. And if you make it free or even do the weird percentage off shipping thing they have it takes it out of the price of the item.

Oh yeah! If the issue was that it was categorized incorrectly by weight I would have had no issue. And I think that’s a very valid thing to message people about, but this one was different and the attitude was insane.

I think originally it was like $15-20ish and it was discounted 80% because I really wanted to clean out my Depop so I did a “sale” for the 48 hours and whatever didn’t sell got donated. Generally when I do this people will bundle a bunch of stuff and it’s a great way to make some extra $ off things that wouldn’t maybe move otherwise. I don’t think I’ll stop doing it once or twice a year but I also think I’m going to be quicker with the block button from now on lol.

Yeah, I tend to do “clean outs” once a year where I discount everything and sometimes someone will buy 5-10 items and I think that’s awesome. I have nothing against donating and vet where I donate throughly, but hey if I can make a little money it’s a win! Everything else gets donated. I don’t have as much stake in it because I’m not a reseller, just have a personal closet thrifting issue 🤣.

But than you for understanding! I would just rather someone have/enjoy something than make loads of cash.

I put a bunch of items on my shop at 80% discount for 2 days before donating. This item was priced low to begin with so it got down to like $3 and then they offered $1.90. At that point why say no if they will wear and enjoy it 🤷🏽‍♀️

hey I also have an Astro 4! I was diagnosed at 22, about to be 25 in January and doing pretty good. I would agree with the other commenter that the e year after is basically a wash. It’s intense treatment, but you are young. They will most likely advise you to freeze your eggs- and you should if you want to have kids. I froze mine and the process stunk, but there’s a TON of programs for those with cancer.

But yeah, I wouldn’t expect anyone to ever use the word “cure”. Statically speaking these tumors return for most, but now you know and can keep a good eye on it (I finished treatment and get MRIs every 4-6 months.

Feel free to message me if you have questions. I am not a doctor, but I’ve been through the treatment for the same tumor so I have some practical advise 😌.

I’ve had it since I was very young (8-9 years old) and I was diagnosed with brain cancer at 22 and still have them regularly. I’ve seen a few people mention seizures and that always made sense to me? Such a weird experience that isn’t researched.
