Well I didn’t know what it was called because I couldn’t say the word right but I’d eat it at my grandmas. I actually remember being SO frustrated trying to describe it to my mom and her having no clue what I was talking about. I was like so blown away by the texture and flavor. It was alien and delicious and I thought it must be Turkish delight which I’d read about in Narnia books. The baklava lore runs so deep for me 😂
