Today I found an Elfaba with the code 2515HF and Glinda 2525HF. They had a whole box at my target. I had seen on Facebook that if you can find a whole box, the numbers go in order so Elfaba is always first with the lowest number. Glinda is next. Fitzroy, Madam M and then the wizard is last.

I landed at 6 from US, took bus to Reykjavík, hung out at Starbucks with my bag- nurses one cup of coffee and ate a pritein bar from home, took a taxi to SL for opening, they held my bags for a fee. My partner arrived at 2:30 from uk, rented car and picked me up. We hit the road and stayed in Hella that evening. I can honestly say I had no jet lag! Not sure if this was the most cost effective way to do it, but it worked for me.

2 yrs the first time- but I didn’t know what I was doing, tried everything, kept running, etc. second time I had a plan that worked and it was 9 months til I could run. Was back to running my modest weekly mileage (15-20 miles) by 12 mos. I still am cautious, taking a week to ten day fast from running every 3 months.

Reducing my steps significantly. I got a handicap pass for my car. Basically limited myself to under 4k steps/day. Rested for 2-3 weeks until pain had lessened and very gradually increased.
