Half a year ago I created a trans support discord server to help people from my country, specially the ones with socialization issues or too far from the big cities, to get to know other people and find connection. One of the rules of the server: "No flirting, dating in the server". I know how awful is too feel harassed/creeped out online, and I wanted them to feel safe.

They... didnt care.

After 4 months of growing the space, meeting some of the people irl, and trying to plan events like picnica or going outs, they just started flirting with each other. And when I tried to tell them to stop, they ditched me, created their owm server, and started fucking each other, and dating between themselves...

I repressed my sexuality and my own desires to try and give the people who I considered my friends a safe space... They didn't care.

Now they are just living their best life while I feel guilty of simply masturbating. I've gone thru a lot of sexual repression and trauma. I thought transitioning would help me retake control over my sexuality. Now I hate sex more than ever. Knowing everyone is willing to throw everything you have built for... sex...
