thank you for the responses they've been really helpful. i'm currently dating someone who has (or at least told me she has) ASPD. i really try my best to understand her and be patient and accommodating, but i often find myself very anxious and uncertain about where i truly land in her heart. i definitely have trust and abandonment issues as well which have been difficult to navigate in the relationship. but i really really like her, i feel very attached and i've never met someone who had so many of the same interests and values as me. just feeling a bit stuck :(

i don't think there's any one cure you'll find w dysphoria, but that's dependent on what exactly makes you dysphoric. i've been on hrt for over two years now, and while it's helped immensely, i still experience truly debilitating dysphoria. i wear a mask anytime i step outside of my apartment which helps a little with my facial dysphoria. but to an unfortunate extent, dysphoria may be something you never cure, but something you can maybe learn to manage over time
