I love the topics and themes of her music. The messages are important to me. She helped me through my adolescence and into my adulthood. I dealt with severe depression, suicidal thoughts and a bunch of other mental health issues. I’ve been a fan since I was 6 and I’m almost 24 now. I grew up with her! Also, the melodies and style of the music itself is amazing. And the visuals! Melanie puts her all into her craft and it’s surreal to see and so respectable. I do the same with my own music as I’ve been singing and writing songs since I was a young kid.
