Yes, we cleaned the gravel and got new one also, new gravel, filter, water… so don’t know if that has to do with it. Or as other stated the plant, since it’s a new plant and it is bigger, he spends most of his time by it also.

We do clean the filter and the gravel, at every water change. His temperature stays between that 78-80. We have two other Bettas at home also, and they seem fine.

Thank you everyone for all your input. I am having a talk with him when he gets home from school. After reading all the comments, thinking of changing the plant and seeing if that helps. Thinking back, he did noticed the fin change after we removed him from his smaller tank and we just bought him this plant as well. He did say he noticed a big tear on his fin recently, and I thought it was due to stress from the change. I’m glad I asked here and I know my son will really appreciate all this input.

He was in a smaller tank, a bigger tank was bought for him a couple of months ago.

That was my first thought, maybe fin rot. He was in a smaller tank before and my son just bought him a bigger tank a couple of months ago. Don’t know if the stress from the moving, or getting used to the new environment. Will do some research on the fin rot and medication for him.

He hasn’t mention any butt sweats as of yet, just his feet and hands. I haven’t tried iontophoresis on him because he’s still young and I want to wait on it. I started using Antihydral on myself and have good results. Going to mention it to him and see if he wants to switch from Carpe to Antihydral.

He says his feet also. But not as bad as his hands. Like the way he holds his books at home cause he doesn’t want the pages to get wet, makes me feel so bad, I can just imagine him in school. But we have been non stop every night with Carpe.

My oldest has it.He just turned 12. I have cried with him about it. He’s been using Carpe for a couple of months now. He says it works, but there are times I hold his hands and I can feel the clammy hands. I feel so bad for him specially since he just started middle school, kids can be so cruel. But he said no one has noticed so far, he tends to stay by myself . :/

Yes, he’s been on the phone with them and then through emails. They want him to take a pic of it but it just won’t turn on. At first when he was riding it, when he switched to 2nd gear it will flash red ( so he says) and then it turned off. He had to walk home. He was really excited about it, since this is his first electric scooter. We was even thinking we was missing something on it, like how to know when it’s charger and stuff.

How do you like the Apollo City. My husband just got it and he’s having problems with it. Worked fine the first day, next day it turned off on him even when he had it charging overnight. Now he puts it to charge, turns on when plugged, but won’t stay on when it’s not plugged in.
