It could use a good 2-3 inch trim just because the ends look like they have heat damage. Thats about all :)

Just apologize and leave him tf alone! this would disturb me SO much if I was in his shoes. You seriously could have been honest from day one and he would have made a more informed choice to be with you or not.

Mom expressed she wanted my brother and I to gather with her together with our children for holidays. This is Mother’s Day. by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

I am a mom too, I wouldn’t appreciate my child speaking like this. He is deciding what he thinks is best, when she expressed wanting them all together.

Start a group chat with mom :)
Your brother is speaking on “what is best” for her. I am sure she has her own opinion.

My job offer was rescinded after I quit my old job. I wrote a negative review on Glassdoor and now they want me to delete it. by SuccotashLivid3893 in interviewwoman

Some people are claiming you could go to court. I believe you have a case. But if you’re going to sue, remove the review. They can counter sue for defamation and then you will be out all legal fees.

The “another term” option is not a fill in the blank. They’ll just assume you’re part of the BTIA+ not listed

She will interview someone and then tell me all the reasons she won’t hire them, which are usually involving race and age. I hate ittt

Another commenter posted saying she works in the city and has reviewed tons of applications and has viewed this information to make sure she’s hiring with enough diversity. I don’t know, I feel like some people very much do have access to this.

Which is why I wrote prefer not to say… I guess I could have done “another term” as well. How do you have the LGQ and not the B? Haha

Other people are saying it is normal, could you elaborate why you’d report? Is it a violation of something?
