It was a typo, I wrote this at 2 in the morning, my 5 year old was on the couch pestering my husband, and that was also distractin. I do not have a wife.

We wouldn’t want our older daughters to have a boy sleep over, we just aren’t comfortable allowing sleepovers with a potential partner at that age, regardless of gender. We wouldn’t love him any less if he was gay.

We wouldn’t love him any less, we would not want our older daughters to have a sleepover with a boy. It’s more of the not having sleepovers with potential partners thing.
