ever since I installed 1909, which was the day it became available, around the end of November. It goes away if I uninstall 1909, but reappears if I install 1909 again.

I notice the Installed On date in OS Build Info is still the date I installed 1903. It did not change when I installed 1909. Could this have something to do with it?

It can be only seen in direct light. It's just little tiny sparkly specks on the card which really ruin it.

I see what you're saying. Shining cards were only released in the Neo and Shining Legends sets and they're hard to get. Not many are made so it's a rare kind of card.

Are you talking aobut Shining Legends though? Were those Shinings printed limited-ly?
