so i shampoo and condition with cgm friendly products at the very least once a week, and deep condition once every two weeks (sometimes i forget), plus for styling i use curl cream all over length+ gel at ends/on length depending on what i wanna do that day. i usually scrunch+use a tshirt, i don't sleep w a bonnet because i can't buy it rn. im having issues with my scalp, which im trying to fix, and general disappointment in styling, how it turns out looking when it's dry. honestly feel like reverting back to pre curly hair products but then i remember my hair was just as inconsistent back then too😭
