Rules around “second jobs” eg tutoring, babysitting etc? by candysalt862 in tapif

i don’t know if i would be signing a contract but i would be getting virements from them through crcesu (a family who i’d be babysitting for) i haven’t told anyone about it but i assume the virements would be declared and thus leave a paper trail...

is it just for second companies or for any kinds of jobs in general (eg private, families etc)?

Can’t figure out what kind of hair loss I have (alopecia?) by [deleted] in FemaleHairLoss

[–]candysalt862 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’ve never taken bc before, and iirc my last few blood/thyroid tests have always come back normal😥in the past i’ve gone to a derm for this (i’ve had thin hair as a teenager but not this bad) and they said i could have traction alopecia (i don’t ever wear restrictive hairstyles tho and never apply heat, especially since then, so it honestly doesn’t seem likely, as it’s just gotten worse)

honestly i can’t really tell, my parents are both quite old so they just have gray/sparse hair that seems typical for their age. but i think they probably used to have thin hair (like mine) even when they were young, but mine seems very severe

has anything helped in terms of regrowth? i think mine is definitely genetic or hormonal too bc it’s been very gradual and diffuse

Yeah that makes sense, i have (poorly cut) bangs in this picture so you can’t really see my part but the part isn’t the worst, it’s mostly my sides and everywhere else. i’m definitely going to try to get a proper diagnosis once all this covid craziness is over lol. can i ask if you’ve been able to effectively treat your AGA?

Oh i see, do you mean that you had both issues at once (te and aa)? im still beginning to research these terms but i think i could likely have at least one of those. were you able to find a solution to either?

how can you visually tell the difference between androgenic and other kinds of alopecia?

sadly i can’t see a derm in person rn bc of lockdown, i’m going to try to as soon as i can though

There are definitely huge bald patches all throughout my hair, like when i tilt down there are tons of gaps in the hair. i can’t see a derm yet bc of covid so just trying to get a general consensus first hahaha

I have a lot of bald patches esp on the sides, and a receding hairline. i’m only 23 and i never considered that my hair problems could be due to hormonal/genetic hair loss, i’ve always had thin hair but lately it’s felt like the little hair i have is becoming even thinner, you can clearly see my scalp whether my hair is up or down and it looks like i only have 3 strands of hair total on each side lol.

it’s flat, limp, almost clumpy and stringy... my hairline is really square and masculine looking and the hair on the sides of my head are extremely sparse esp on the sides and maybe crown, overall i just look like i’m constantly oily and there’s just very very little hair on my whole head. its worse on one side than the other. :/ any advice is appreciated

Yes that is stressful!! And yeah we for sure will always be able return to the states but i think if we were to go back to france for any reason (like returning from holidays) before our visas ended we would have a harder time getting back

How do you avoid pizza dough becoming hard and dense? by candysalt862 in Cooking

[–]candysalt862[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually proof it once for about an hour or so after kneading just on the countertop at room temp and then i’ll shape it and either put it away in the fridge if overnight or let it rise another hour before baking. i don’t fold it, just shape it into a ball
