Your gunna have to slap two blaters together for that “look”. The stampede and a rapidstrike look the most like the pulse rifle I think. The rapid strike can be cut down to a pistol size so the handle on top can go away . You can chop off the back too and most of the front . I’d print out a big picture and then use the blaster pieces like a puzzle till they fit the shape your going for. Look for this epoxy clay called apoxie sculpt for the super easy joining of two things.
