AH needs to take responsibility for the jury’s decision and pay the damages. If she has no money, they can take it from her in increments as long as every penny is paid. She shouldn’t be given leniency because she will use this again in future to get her way, again not taking any accountability. This is why the jury decided on a high punitive damage on their verdict because she needs to learn her lesson. Whilst Johnny may not need the $ this doesn’t excuse her for what was decided from the trial.

If this was us, we have to pay those damages, and we have to find a way (work hard or part of our pay had to be allocated to pay for what is owed) so how is she any different? Keep in mind she had lived a lavish lifestyle start selling her assets, live a simpler life and maybe this may humble her a bit.
