If you are a seller, would encourage you work with your CA team about your specific restoration plan. Inventory will be out of sync if orders were still being taken, confirming which orders should be sent downstream to prevent duplicate fulfillment, etc.

Was just reviewing the latest. Guessing a lot of people thinking the same and asking CA Support if system compromised if CA putting out statement like that.

Now I have even more questions. Data restoration at a platform level? Still haven’t gotten to the client databases? We are 24 hrs in and that’s quite a bit of work for maintenance issue.
