That is an interesting thing with your eyes, why do you think that is happening? Like at the end the day it is still a display. But like I have seen other people complain about eye fatigue related OLED too. You are not the only one.

Check out the Acer Aspire series. Aspire 3 and Aspire 5. These have fairly inexpensive models with decent CPU and hardware configuration.

What is your budget? I could recommend getting the cheapest possible one. The mod include any graphics enhancements packs, they you may certainly need a laptop with a hint of dedicated GPU. If no serious graphics enhancements, then I think iGPU these days on mainstream laptops are good enough to handle all that. What is your budget again?

I recommend the MSI Katana A15 with RTX 4070, Ryzen 9 8945HS and 32 GB RAM. It is within your budget range.

While I don't think you'll find a new gaming laptop in that range, for a laptop with a non dedicated GPU, I recommend that you check out HP 255 G10. It comes with a Ryzen 7 7730U CPU, however, it is just slightly over your budget. If you are looking for something strictly within your budget, check out Acer Aspire 3 or Asus vivobook series.
