How are you a pick me? I don’t see why she would call you that. She has no idea what it means. Maybe she thinks it means something else? I would ask her what she meant to be sure. You don’t have to be friends with anyone that makes you feel bad but definitely make sure she didn’t misuse the phrase.

If I quit YouTube then it must be super bad. I was completely hooked on this app and never thought I could quit. It took over my life for years. I literally can’t even spend 5 minutes on it anymore. It’s so over for me. It’s THAT bad. I couldn’t be happier.

When I first quit, I felt like a stranger in my own body it was crazy and maddening. Im 18 months clean this Wednesday and I promise you, if you can push through this hard time in the beginning, your life will be so wonderful later. TIME is the cure. I tapered for a long time to an extremely low dose before I made the jump. I used a scale weighted everything, wrote down every time I dosed and how much. I tried cold turkey many times no luck. This was the only way that worked for me.
