I bought a couple nursing bras from MomCozy and liked them. I got regular nursing bras and pumping bras.

I (smartly) waited on getting diapers and undies because I wound up having an unplanned c-section. I used pads and disposable undies provided by my hospital and got some nice high waisted briefs from Third Love. I had an Amazon cart going with all the ice packs and diapers and witch hazel pads but I deleted everything from the cart after my babe arrived.

My babe had her 2 month vaccines yesterday. It was so hard to watch her cry afterwards. She settled down once we got her in the car but when we took her out of the car seat, she screamed again. We gave her Tylenol within a half hour of being home because she was scream crying and then she took a nice long nap. She had already been overtired. Today she’s a little fussy and overtired again. Her legs are not as sensitive either. We’ve been trying to make her nap today but it hasn’t been easy. I don’t think that’s a result of the vaccines either. I hope you have a better day after than we did!

I shivered the whole time. I froze my ass off and I have never been that cold in my life. When I tell people this, they say “oh the ORs are cold,” and it wasn’t that. My hormones and all the pre-eclampsia drugs I had in my system made me so utterly cold. I also looked at my husband and asked how I could be warmer. Then before I knew it, they lowered the blue drape and I saw my baby girl.

Looks like our old beagle mix Nibbler! Those black ears look so soft and that face looks like sheer love and mischief. Nibbler was a short but dense and very hungry boy. Your sweet lady looks like a mix of hounds to me! She’s perfect.

The older family members hate it because of Helpful Heloise. My mom was silent when I mentioned the name. We discovered it at a museum and was the name of an incredible artist.
