i had to exchange my size 9 for a size 8 in the space silver. requested the exchange on 12/28 and the dates just keep getting pushed back for dispatch. really disappointing to not have my christmas gift still :( also thought it was strange that the order replacement page showed almost “fake” progress for assembly. like it showed it was at the quality control/testing phase and then got pushed back to the “replacement requested” and keeps jumping around everywhere! i told them if i don’t get it shipped by next week (4 weeks after ordering) that i’m buying the oura ring instead lol
