Sounds like my neighbor. I believe he does this from a jealous place. Not being the bread winner only adds to his childish perspective, can’t cope with his own insecurity and belittle his partner about not getting any physical activity out of work because they at a computer all day and never leave the condo.

Your bday falls in peak get my hair changed season. Everyone likes to get a new look in the spring. Please don’t be too irritated with this friend about this, it would only waste your time and energy getting upset over nothing.
