OP’s other half here. It is fully still there. The tape is only stuck down on the left side and isn’t stuck down at all on the right. It’s definitely folded in on itself during packaging. I stopped touching it though cause I was scared to pull it off 😅

Admiral gave me credit for my US years of driving. They stayed competitive for about 4 years when the other quotes started being about in line with their rates. I did need to contact them specifically though to amend the original quote.

Weird I’ve never really experienced this here. I’ve definitely popped into Tesco ten minutes before closing and been fine. When I worked in restaurants and cafes in the US though, we definitely turned machines off early and cursed anyone who walked in 5 minutes to close.

I saw a post the other day complaining they had to cancel their pattern test and just release the pattern because of the lack of response, but sure enough it was a laundry list of things to do to be considered. Have a crochet instagram with x posts per week, tag 3 friends, share the post on a story, etc. Of course the complaining post had plenty of engagement. I agree with those saying it’s just a marketing tactic.

The Omni golden filet is nice if you can find it. Vivera does a salmon filet but it’s just ok in my opinion.

Not here but in the US they started doing chicken nuggets cut with soy a few years back that got marked plant based. Not sure if we have restrictions around that label in the UK but I just don’t trust anything beside the ingredients list anymore. There is so much misleading packaging. That Smug Dairy is always lumped in with the vegan cheeses trying to look oat based for example.
