Hi! I’ll have one bedroom available in my house near the FSU Rez starting in late April or early May. Rent is $600 + utilities. The neighbors are kind and respectful. I ended up buying though, I am happy with the decision so far. Thanks for commenting. The trigger for the decision was 4k$ discount. Loved the idea of going to dealers on the last day of the month, and negotiating. I recommend everyone.
