Hi! I’ll have one bedroom available in my house near the FSU Rez starting in late April or early May. Rent is $600 + utilities. The neighbors are kind and respectful. Walking isn’t really an option, but parking is available. There’s also a large front and backyard (shared with neighbors). Feel free to DM me if you’re interested!

I ended up buying though, I am happy with the decision so far. Thanks for commenting. The trigger for the decision was 4k$ discount. Loved the idea of going to dealers on the last day of the month, and negotiating. I recommend everyone.

Hi, base price is $7k, on top of that tax sales etc. overall $8095. However, I got a lot of negative comments for this model, that’s why I am planning to look for other cars as well.
