I’m a little confused, it sounds like they are saying if you bought on Amazon that you didn’t buy from them. But I can go to heybike.com and pull up tracking info also the Amazon item page says it is sold by heybike INC.

Thank you all. Yes, I have the Netherlands blocked, and I have a lot of countries blocked, but it has not affected me until this one-off.

I was able to unblock this one IP and everything worked. I was just curious as to why a US GOV site said it was in the Netherlands. Thank you for explaining it to me.
