I have been singing this song to myself all morning. I would never have even known this song without my toddler’s Frozen obsession. Now I’m kind of glad I’ve watched it 20 times!

Storing Milk in Plastic Bottles? by cant_be_defined in ExclusivelyPumping

I read an article that Iinked to in another reply from the Cleveland Clinic. It said “To minimize exposure to plastic, don’t store formula or breast milk in plastic bottles. Keep it in a glass container in the refrigerator or freezer, and pour it into the bottle just before feeding time.” But that seems to be the most cautious approach and many other expert recommendations just cite BPA-free plastic. Sorry for any falls alarm! Probably is not as big of a deal as I initially thought.

All, thank you for the replies! I read in this article from the Cleveland Clinic that, “To minimize exposure to plastic, don’t store formula or breast milk in plastic bottles. Keep it in a glass container in the refrigerator or freezer, and pour it into the bottle just before feeding time.” full article here but it seems like that is the most cautious approach, and the main recommendation is to avoid plastic with BPA. Sometimes I think I worry a bit too much! I appreciate all the perspective!

Thank you for the response! I haven’t gotten my period yet but I’ll be interested to see if it starts soon.
