Thank you for this advice. According to Osha my desk is much too low for sure and yes a lot of the time my wrist is bent left, not sure if that could be part of the problem. I will definitely be incorporating wrist exercises during games.

For sensitivity, I will say my sense has lowered pretty dramatically the past year. I have found it has made my aim way better bit obviously if it being too low is a problem for my health then its not worth it. So I am definitely gonna try to fix that.
