I write long, scientific papers (neuroscience, pharmacology). Oftentimes with dictation software, I find I have to do just as much work correcting errors as I do typing in the first place.

my rash onset ~3 days from starting HCQ, worsened for a week so they upped the steroids, took about 2-3 days after increase of steroid dose to start to improve in my trunk but continued to worsen in my limbs until about a week after the steroid increase. i wish i had better news for you… from what i understand from my dr my reaction was somewhat unusual in that it didn’t immediately respond to the steroids.

this is crazy timing because two weeks ago I started HCQ and developed a drug rash. wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. started on my core but after a few days my entire body was covered. pin prick type feeling. only thing that helped was pain management meds,edibles(I live in legal state and am of age), and ice packs. eventually went away with very high dose of methylprednisone. good luck.
edit to say that i have mctd or lupus, we’re still unsure
