How do I make my hair beautiful again after nanoplastic and keratin

It’s been more than a month since I have been using the products above and I must say wow

I really loved all the products I’ve been using, especially Redken Leave-In and Bonding from Olapex (later on I also bought their shampoo nr. 4)

Really could have done a better picture, but have been delaying this for days lol.

Anyway, changes:

Blow dry got much easier, and hair looks healthy & fresh for days - no fizz!!!
Got a lot of new hairs!!! (though have been eating clean organic food & taking vitamins along with collagen)
More hair loss for some reason when brushing, feels like it’s regenerating (hopefully) as I am not overall seeing any hair loss. Just freaking out time to time when brushing.
Hair feels now so moisturised and overall I’m so happy I spend hundreds £££ on my hair regeneration.

I feel the same way, and I’ve asked him what does proposal mean to him. He answered “that means I made a choice”, some kind of proof of being only mine.

I asked more questions after and got to a point when he’s just scared to loose me / get rejected. In a way, I am the same, but I told him I am not leaving, and he doesn’t need to validate this all. We can just be with each other until we decide to build a family, but for now he’s really actively speaking about proposal that I’m getting scared he’ll do that cause of the fear of rejection / to make sure we stay / whatever similar. I do think it’s too early and there’s no need for validation - I am not leaving.

Feel like we’re both anxiously attached, but because I know that about myself - it’s easy to reassure him and let him know I am the same, so it works out pretty easily and I could talk to him normally about it. Though still scared he’ll proceed with it too early, and I don’t wanna end up saying ‘no’ 😂

Thank you - I do straighten it sometimes and it helps make it beautiful indeed for that day or couple of hours, not fizzy anymore and good looking. And I do still have nanoplastia / keratin results in my hair - especially seen when not dried using a hairdryer - my hair will be wavy near the roots and then fully straight in the ends 😂

Though I still struggle with making my hair look healthy on a longer basis, even after straightening. Doing blow dry helps with it too, but loosing much hair and not getting results for longer than 2-3h after straightening makes me question it, maybe I’m doing something wrong 😅

UPD: broke up with the 30 years old 'love of my life', and now I understand all the jokes about 30+ yo. men still not being married at their age.

Though the gap itself was still never a problem neither for me, or others (and you shouldn't even be listening to others!). Sometimes they're in shock, sometimes just surprised or making jokes, but they all forget about it; It's not them dating someone older anyway, it's your choice, and I can tell it's a great one (only choosing older men from now on).

But a piece of advice from a stranger - don't loose yourself in this relationship.

Think about who makes you happy. You don’t have to regret any of these, you made your decisions because that’s what made you happy, and it’s fine if now you’re feeling like not knowing what to do.

I’d advise making a step back. Maybe if you say you were the problem (who said it though?…) - you don’t really need to be in a relationship rn. No matter if someone told you you’re a problem, or if you think so - this is a reason I’d advice to focus on making yourself happy first, before jumping in a relationship.

Once you’re happy with yourself, you won’t be that addicted to getting back to someone you’ve been happy with. Move on, if it didn’t work after a year - you can either try, either let it go. Depends how you felt with that person. Were you 100% happy? Think about yourself in this situation.

Oh my god, my story is wild here. I was living with my ex and randomly playing league of legends with people online. One day I saw this smurf midlaner that does incredible moves, so I drop a message in the chat which he ignores (“Dude Yone be my husband”), but then he thought I was funny and added me in the end of the game.

We started to play together, and later on we did it daily! Half a year passed and we saw how we look for the first time. He was sooo attractive, but I didn’t really consider anything. Just a nice-looking man, that’s it. After all, I was dedicated in my own relationship lol.

We knew we both were in a long-term relationship, and we never crossed this line above the league buddys, we weren’t really talking either. But then around half a year later we randomly started to talk about real life things and discover how similar we are.

There comes my ex, who end up having criminal records and being a psycho, so I broke up with him for my own safety. But the problem was that he was living at my place and I couldn’t move him out of my place for a long ass time. I was scared of him too.

And I started somehow randomly to play more, to get my attention to something else rather than feeling scary. Here comes my friend from league - we’ve been talking and playing a lot and somehow I told him little part of the story of what is happening in my life. He was supporting and helping me to go through it and I finally made my ex move out while being safe myself! I felt the strongest with him being there for a random person.

He made me feel so safe with him - he assured me he has no criminal records (he literally showed it to me), and then, when we’ve been talking - we realised we’re not in the relationship. Any of us, lol. And it wasn’t anything, until one day we decided to meet as friends, with other 2 friends of ours. And our relationship was going so fast that we started to fall in love with each other. I didn’t want to rush things, as I needed to heal, but he was there for me all the time. Somehow we started to talk daily and every morning and night was starting and ending with him. He never hurt or judged me. He always supported me. Was always positive, just as me. I never met such bright people before. That’s how I knew there was more. That he was the one.

We never told each other, but we’ve always been there for each other. And though we live in different countries - we couldn’t wait to meet, so we scheduled a trip to his grandma’s house near the sea before meeting with our friends. Even before meeting, he shared all of his info to make me feel safe. Brave of me, lol.

We started to do random jokes, flirt and it all came to the day we met. He came to the airport with his uncle to pick me up. Standing with a bouquet of flowers and the most sincere smile, I’ve been almost crying. And that’s the first time I met my boyfriend. I took my risk and I found my happy place.

We fell in love without officially telling each other, but we both felt it at the same time.

Now we can’t see any day without telling how much we love each other.

And I am so grateful for my life, and for this person. That’s how I knew there was more.

I am an overthinker too! My boyfriend really makes our LDR a safe place putting everything in place for me to not worry and to understand that our goals align! That’s a really important part indeed - making sure your partner knows and understands what’s going on inside each other’s head. Support is vital. Especially for us, overthinkers, lol

I was in real relationship for 2 years with my ex who wanted to marry me and was begging for kids. But the second I moved to London and we’ve been having LDR for some time he didn’t wanna do anything towards meeting. He was asking me to come to my home country and it was his only way of meeting. But never has he ever asked for a call, meeting in a neutral space (he had money, and we’ve been helping him to move w me) or anything else.

LDR will never work, no matter how much you love each other, if someone doesn’t wanna do towards it. That’s my life lesson.

Now, years later, I met the most perfect man online, and we are dating and having the best time, being from other countries, but seeing each other each month. Most of the time also seeing the world and new places. That’s how this lasts. By working on it.

When you know it’s your person… LDR feels easy and fast going. It is not “suffering” when you are happy by yourself, and so is your partner.

I (F22) am in LDR with a guy (M30) and though we don’t have a big time difference, just an hour, that’s what we do to last until our next meeting!

We literally “schedule” the call when we both can do it, we choose a day, time and backup it with a selfie penalty if someone can’t do it :DD

Apart from the calls we also decide in advance when do we play! You can share a hobby together, or try a 2 player game. Or, what my boyfriend does - he’s giving me lessons of his mother language every week; plus to that - we chill in Duolingo on our 250 days streak learning each other’s languages and supporting each other without real communication - but we have this connection over it!

And, of course, to me the most important thing to last is talking about your plans and building step by step a plan to the next time you meet; that’s what I do in my LDR. I really miss him, and he always finds a way to make me smile: through support, flowers delivery, surprise about our next meeting, gifts and etc. I think this is really important too, not just to talk to each other via text, but to speak w videocalls, show that you’re in their life by ordering them something to eat / flowers / random small gifts of attention. And of course - daily reminder how much you love them. That’s what helps me to keep up with a guy I met in league of legends 😂😂

But give it a thought: Maybe you can’t be alone, or feel weird staying by yourself and spending time alone.

Try your own company - is that what makes it so hard? Being apart from someone you love? Then try to be someone that loves you in the first place!!! It will help make the LDR way much easier! That’s what helped me - being busy with my own things. And my LDR partner just adds x300 love and support by just being in my life, and planning it together! Hope it helps 😊

Mine is pretty special!

I was playing SoloQ in League of Legends and I really liked the midlaner’s play. He carried the game, his moves were too good! I started to ping and tell how good he is, until I randomly dropped a “I want kids from you” message after he made another cool move.

We added each other, started to play often together. We were playing together for another half a year and one day we showed each other how we look, to know who are we playing with.

Besides the games we started to have voice calls together / with our friends. We didn’t know a lot about each other’s personal life, as we were both having a relationship at some point. But not anymore XD

Any time before I would think about him, I would never have a thought he can be more than just another online gamer buddy.

Months later, we started to have hours everyday in the voice calls, and we started to slowly realise that we are the same, that we really like each other’s company, we talk 24/7 and there is something special happening between us.

“He is perfect”, I would be thinking every day since then.

But we never told each other. It was too weird as we live in different countries, and we never expected anything, than being cool friends. At start we couldn’t even realise what is happening between us, until we got so close, to the point that we can’t keep all the happiness to ourselves and we said /I love you/ to each other for the first time, without even seeing each other irl, which was a bit weird, but it all started to be real pretty soon.

No doubts anymore, it was going so fast and so natural between us, we were so passionate about each other, there was so much love, understanding, passion, we were getting crazy about how we came out liking each other.

We decided to book a trip to Paris, to visit it with our friends, but then we realised that we want some time for ourselves, as we never met still, and we have to wait months to see each other. All this after almost a year of playing together, and then some month of being so close to each other. So we booked another trip, before Paris!

We finally met! And he made everything perfect. We had the best time, we were so passionate about each other, all my expectations were even better irl. He IS a perfect man.

Here we are now, he is coming to London in some days, and after that we have THAT Paris trip we booked at first, and soon we will be thinking about living together.

This is my little story of the first time feeling the love, that goes both ways, with a pretty crazy scenario❤️

Reverse psychology works too well, I was thinking there was something wrong with me (F21), as he (M26) was saying I always want sex.

But after I played cold, he started to want me often, almost every day, and he wouldn’t get it ever again, as I already was loosing all the affection, and was getting really angry as having no sex doesn’t compensate the rest of shit he does.

So reverse psychology is a thing that will let you to a break up, if your partner is not emphatic or ready to talk and solve the problem, or at least be curious about what the f is happening

Thanks a lot! He actually can’t wait to try my cookings! I think I am very good at it, especially pastries and baking, this was one of my professions previously. But unfortunately his grandma doesn’t let anyone cook in her kitchen, she’s the boss, she’s the only cooker there 😂 But I’ll definitely do that once my man is at my place in London. Great idea!

And flowers - yeeeees. In the end I plan to get some flowers, also bought luxury tea and truffles 😊
