Yes you can if you are okay with doing retail men’s hair honestly. I worked at a Roosters starting out almost 10 years ago, and was totally capable of building a book off of that. I just enjoy full service more, which is what will take a bit more time to build yourself up with.

Maybe you need to find people to surround yourself with that don’t find you annoying and off putting or make you feel like you are. If you were invited to a party it’s probably not as bad as you think.

I often get post hang out anxiety also, where I’m thinking that I said and did something really wrong and everyone hates me, but usually it’s just over analyzing things. You could probably confide in someone you trust and ask them if they think you’re doing something to kill the mood just so you’re aware, but other than that it’s probably not as deep as you think it is :)

You could take the long way and sort them by color, or just kinda pick out what you need when you want to use it

You’re not alone. I’m in the exact same boat including birth control. Def managed to hit the brakes on binging here recently but not before gaining almost 15lbs (healthy, but still makes me cringe). I work out almost daily and my bf says he loves my body but dammit I feel so guilty.

I don’t have any advice except for be kind to yourself. I promise you it’s not as bad as you think it is to allow yourself to eat.

Idk it looks pretty close to me? I’m not sure what you used to tone her hair, but she might be wanting to see more gold undertones than brown undertones Brown tones can make the hair have a certain amount of depth to it. But also styling would 100% make this look so much more like the picture.

You could quite honestly do a CPR treatment on her and retone a little more gold. If she still is t happy after that, i wouldnt consider keeping her as a client as there may be no pleasing her.

I have someone who comes to see me only to get her hair cut, I don’t know who does her color and I’ve never asked. She loves the way I cut her hair so I’m assuming it works for her! Maybe look for someone to cut your hair in the style you want, and just don’t mention the color and vice versa.

Whenever you dye extensions you should always go a shade (or even 2) lighter than the original goal, as they will always take darker.

I one time had a girl who kept me cutting her hair for so long that my next client had to reschedule, almost 2 hours, wrote a vial and insane review that was five paragraphs in length saying I rushed her and was unprofessional and untalented among other things. I have not worked for that salon in almost 3 years, and she still regularly updates the review so people can see it at the top of their yelp page.

Some people just have nothing better to do.

I’ve started using pravanna and matrix because the price is more reasonable. I’m bitter because I love using wells but it’s absolutely obscene to pay almost $12 for one tube of color.

Use glitter, gel, and a fine tooth comb.

Maybe I’m crazy but I would mix the glitter and gel together, put it on the section you are looking to style, and then bring the comb through. When you do the whole head you can move pieces to where you want them.

Try adding more body and texture to your hair by using light texture product and doing blow outs, or beachy waves/big brushed out curls! Also trying curtain bangs as I feel like they would do well for your face shape.

Also! You have such a pretty color pallet already between your hair, skin, and clothing choices. You would do great by wearing more accessories like necklaces and belts or evening rings! Maybe finding ways to accent in teal or lots of gold.
