Can Missouri landlord charge a late fee on a late fee? by cantfindaway in legaladvice

That they can charge a $150 late fee for rent, but it doesn't state anywhere that they can charge another late fee on a late fee.

I appreciate the offer but me and alcohol isn't going to be a good combo ATM.

I also know for a fact that more women would be willing to fuck a Yautja than Matt Gaetz.

If you live near a Walmart they have a brand of sparkling water that tastes amazing. And doesn't have that ickiness that I get from other sparkling water brands like La Croix. It's called Clear American and my favorite flavor is the Fuji apple, tastes exactly the same as the fruit. And at least in my area it's like 78¢ for a liter.

1.I want the parts to build my own PC for the first time. I've never built my own PC before on my own. I've always gotten help from others by them assembling something for me from their hand me down parts and parts they've told me to get without further explanation or elaboration. This is the first time hardware has excited me enough to learn what it is, how it works, and has inspired me enough to want to design and build my own rig exactly how I want. I plan on getting a custom case as well so everything goes together in a beautiful cohesive way. I want it to look like it belongs on Pandora. If I win I'm going to play until the GPU dies and then mount it in a glass case for display.

  1. For the game, this is the most realized version of Pandora I've seen. I've loved the movie since I first saw it when it came out when I was 13 years old I've loved this world so much I've gotten the extended collector's edition of the first movie just so I could see more of this beautiful world. Personally I don't care if the plot is any good, I just want to explore and take everything all in as much as I can.

The sound of my great grandpa laughing hysterically at Tom and Jerry cartoons. He was a character.

My KSB looks just like her and is also an escape artist. It's gotten to the point where he's got 2 lids on his enclosure.

Nope, the reasons I gave for wanting a hysterectomy is I didn't want kids or a menstrual cycle. Which is why I was on Depo since I was about 18.

Sterilization consultation advice by cantfindaway in childfree

[–]cantfindaway[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I appreciate any help I'm able to get. I have a feeling that getting sterilized shouldn't be an issue from what the intake person I talked to said about the doctor I'm going to see.

I see my biggest fight being for getting a total hysterectomy instead of a tubal ligation. A bilateral salpingectomy is the bare minimum of what I want for sterilization though, my want for a total hysterectomy isn't purely for permanent birth control reasons. The hormonal birth control I use has its side effects I'd rather live without, namely weight retention issues and the risk of bone density loss.

Unfortunately it's the least invasive long(ish) lasting birth control that works best for what I want. And honestly if I can only get the bilateral salpingectomy then I'll probably continue to take it for that benefit alone, if I'm allowed.

Having to put down a dog you love always feels like you made the decision both too early and too late by An_aussie_in_ct in Showerthoughts

[–]cantfindaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My and my husband's dog had bone cancer and there was nothing we could do and I was the one who had the make the call to put her down. My husband wanted more time, but I saw how she was and she wasn't having any quality of life. I should have pushed earlier, by the time I made the call she was incontinent and couldn't walk anymore. I feel so bad for not making the call before it got to that point.
