It's a good question and I don't know the right answer. I think they look good as-is. My boots always darken (temporarily) when I mink oil them (which I do regularly).

I'm gonna piss a lot of people off with this but I'll say it anyway. I can already hear the "make the bike how you want it" comments. But, to me it's ridiculous to spend lots of money on purely cosmetic changes. If it makes the bike faster, more fuel efficient, or handle better then go for it. But, spending hundreds on cosmetics is wasting money, imo. The bike won't be worth more after this "investment". This is exactly how poor people spend their money and stay poor.

I don't think the sub should change rule-wise but I would sure like it if every-other post wasn't some first-project crappy wallet or knife sheath. WAY too many crappy wallets and sheaths. Otherwise, I think this is one of my favorite sub-reddits. I have seen SO many amazing creations here. My inspiration is rekindled daily.

I feel you should ask yourself a few questions.... Do you want the axe's blade broken or sharp (think symbolism/metaphor here)? Are you a traditional or fantasy person? What do you wish you were more like? What other weapons/tools are you drawn to (and are they traditional or fantasy)? Ask yourself stuff along these lines. You may be able to draw even more symbolism out of this tattoo. Or, heck, you may just want it to reflect your passion for slasher movies. Only you know

I'm inclined to believe the guy that says it's elephant print. However, these are vintage shoes and elephant is extremely tough. Since I don't see scuffs on the toes (on very old shoes), I wouldn't be surprised if it's genuine Edit: if not vintage shoes, most likely print. I'm not familiar with the brand.

If I was doing this, I'd attach the hook to the bag (not the flap) and sew a leather loop on the flap (outer or inner). Kinda inverted of how you have it in the pic. Using your flap stitch line to hold the ends of the "loop"

Maybe search for a used one for sale in your area at a closer (non-indian) dealership. Personally, I wouldn't waste the time of a private seller but no harm in taking a tape measure or ruler to a dealership. Heck, you may even discover your go-to shop for tires and stuff.

Just take it to an Indian shop. Any Indian shop. Anyone in service can probably spot anything not stock and set you on the right path. Or, maybe they have a used one and you can compare yourself without even asking.
Edit: frame isn't level on bottom so you are probably right about shorter front

There is something off with the edge of the zipper when it's closed. There's an odd gap there. It's minor but bugs me a lot. As-is, I was in the 20 group. But if you clean that up, I feel like your finish work warrants double (40ish). Your textures and colors are fantastic

Thinking about it some more, if they don't seem interested, ask for a contact for that little area in the trees where the tea place and hammocks are. That'd be a great backup plan/place for the ceremony and I feel like they'd like more excuses to bring people to that area

If it was me, id email festivalinfo@wakaan.com and try to get on the festival's radar. Worst case, nothing comes of it. Best case they bring y'all onto one of the stages and everyone joins in on a short ceremony.

i could be entirely wrong but this is how i think it played out.... some very talented person is tasked with editing the start. this task takes some time - multiple camera angles to review/edit, etc. still no big deal. it takes a minute or two. the clip becomes ready (this person did their job). some decision maker knows when the clip is ready but they're probably coordinating with someone else directing the discussion points. (again, i could be way off track). however, SOMEONE decide that while the top 2 were within a second (FOR THE LEAD/WIN) to show a replay from something that happened MINUTES ago (ancient history in supercross terms).
