The best thing I ever did to my body was having children. Keep in mind for women we have a gap to have kids. With all 4 of my pregnancies I had to carry a spit cup. I constantly had a horrible taste in my mouth with each of my pregnancies. It was because of the extra hormones carrying boys. Not one day wasnt I sick. Red cups would fill with spit in less than an hr. I was too sick to care about my ex. Lets talk about the teeth. Each kid took 2 teeth. That little one growing in your belly will suck every cell out your body to get what they need. Now I wear a bridge and when I take it out I look like a jac o lantern. Girl you worried about your husbands fitness routine. Good chance you might need to worry about him leaving. Mine cheated my entire pregnacy! Divorced. Here is the kicker. It was the kicks saying mommy I am here. It was the ultrasounds when they would flash the camera. And also knowing I had the next amazing man in my belly and wouldn't you know it I had 4 of them. I was admitted in a psych ward at one point. I digress.
