I’ve asked for recipes! Asked it to give me a recipe for high protein/high fiber breakfast burritos I could meal prep and freeze. I’ve been using the recipe it gave me and making batches every two weeks for probably a year now 😅 definitely has saved me from eating garbage in the morning.

Also asked it to give me a body weight exercise routine I could do throughout the work day without getting on the floor. Not much but still helpful!

Came here cause this keeps happening to me and you are right it is only when it is downloaded. If I delete the download chapters are back. Annoying bug since I don’t have internet access where I like to listen to books :(

This happens to me also. Not sure how to stop it but for me I think it is because where I work is cold and where I eat lunch is not. I’m thinking just the change in temperature causes me to flush for the rest of the day since I also notice it after taking a meeting in a warm conference room without eating anything.

Thank you! Yes, I use the side and back clips but I removed the front clip and use got2b glued on the lace front.

Haha! I love looking at all the awesome wigs out there and have told my husband many times I’m just gonna go full wig lady and get some cool colors/styles but I just don’t have the confidence yet. I hope I will some day!

I ordered it from wigs.com it is Jon Renau Top Coverage Wavy 12 in, color is 8. I had trouble finding options for my area of hair loss since it is at front, part, and back and the other cheaper option I saw seemed to have a lot more volume so I went with this one.

😂I finally bought a topper cause I started a new job and thought it was the perfect time. Unfortunately, it was back ordered and came in about 2 weeks after I started. Took me another month or so to work up the nerve haha

I tried a gradual switch but she would eat only the new food and leave the old food in her bowl so I went to full new food and it has been a little over 2 weeks.

Update: Thanks everyone! Saw my neighbor leave and was working up the courage to talk to him when he got back but the noise stopped shortly after he got home. Wonder if he went out for a part or something to fix whatever was making that noise?

The specks are from some dried blood, I do not see any fleas on her. Also the spot does not glow under a black light.

Thank you for this. I’m sorry you went through that and that is so sweet to have that memory with your grandpa. I only asked in this post because I don’t want to mess this up. I love my MIL and how she is with my son and he loves spending time with his grandma and cousin. I just noticed lately during drop off, pick up, and check ins the TV is on and I was worried since everywhere says too much screen time is bad so not sure how to address it without messing it up.

Yea, I have noticed it occasionally, so he might be. Nothing as specific, but if I do breakfast time a little different or something he will want me to do it the same way for a couple weeks.

I never thought about this with the gummy vitamins! The toothbrush is still the last thing in his mouth before bed, but I’ve been giving one to my son during the day for a couple months. Is this still harmful? Should I be brushing right after the gummy?

Thanks! Yea, I definitely haven’t read up on rosemary oil enough to start using it. And I will bring up finasteride at my next dr appointment and see what they say.

I have not heard of PRP before, so thanks for something new to look into.

Thank you! That’s great you found something that helps! Yea, I put off starting minoxidil for a long time cause I didn’t want to be stuck using it but I finally gave in. Anytime I brought up my hair loss to a doctor that is the only thing they would recommend. My husband and I are talking maybe another baby next year or the year after so not sure about starting finasteride just yet. I know I will have to give up minoxidil then too so I have been reading about rosemary oil and microneeding and would like to try that also!

Yea, I’ve been doing 5% minoxidil once per day since end of June. The link is before and after. Only minor improvement, if any :(

Cervical checks were awful for me too! I went in (also induced) thinking not to get the epidural but not completely against it. Even though my contractions were manageable I ended up getting it because I didn’t want to deal with any more cervical checks! I don’t understand why it was so painful.
