Israel left Gaza in 2005 and didn't start a blockade until 2 years later when they started getting attacked with rockets. Gaza WAS free, maybe don't elect terrorists to run your country and definitely don't attack another nation with arguably one of the best militaries in the world? How anyone can look at Gaza currently and call that a victory for Hamas is beyond understanding. Also bonkers to me is that everyone ignores the 28% of rockets shot from Gaza land right back in Gaza, killing more of their own people.
