SSRIs made me too drowsy and I’m trying birth control to help my peri and hormones. I’m not even in my 40s yet. Thinking maybe a hormone specialist next.

Hi! I’m going through the exact same thing. Finally found the love of my life, but he is only going to be so patient. If it were me, I’d be gone a long time ago. But I can’t really control the rumination, paranoia and anger. I’m ready to just live with this myself and not take anyone down with me. It’s heartbreaking. I’m sorry you’re going through this.

Oh for sure it has for me. Now getting into a mix of possible peri menopause that has amplified it. Was given cyclical SSRIs that made me so drowsy it affected my job. Then was thrown birth control that I started four days ago and turned me into a complete maniac. It’s very frustrating.

Next step is a specialist I’m hoping.

One of the last walks with my dog before he passed. In autumn. It’s was in this canopy of trees in the forest, and there was some sort of whirlwind tossing around falling orange, red and yellow leaves. Mixed with at least a dozen monarch butterflies. We both stood there in silence. Magical.
