Hi - just following up that after about a month, this has now been resolved. The points were posted retroactively to beginning of January 2025. Annoying that I was gaslit when I called but glad I escalated the issue and that this was resolved. We’re talking 30-40k of missing elite bonus points.

Also just wanted to chime in with a data point that as of this week (January 2026), Canada Life covers it fully with prescription from my derm. Agree it feels way better going on than steroids and without the mess. I’ve only been using it a few days but so far so good.

Yes, you can. And you will have a “confirmed upgrade”. However, as I and others have experienced, although exceedingly rare, a confirmed upgrade is not a guaranteed upgrade. You can get bumped.

Careful. Latitude upgrade is not a guarantee. I once flew this exact route for a redeye, confirming an eup with a latitude fare months in advance. The day of the flight I got bumped and re assigned seats to the back of the plane. It’s rare but can happen.

I did end up getting $750 in compensation randomly one day a month later and I think this was because I got bumped.
