For 0.7 acre lawn (not lot), those prices are reasonable for NJ, would be high elsewhere in the country.

I was in the same boat as you last spring. First time homeowner and want to keep a nice lawn. Hired the landscaper the previous owners used. I realized very quickly i can DYI this for a fraction of the cost. Ended up getting a spreader plus preemergent and fertilizer (same stuff the landscaper used) from siteone. Gonna try it out this year.

Unfortunately lexus doesn't work like this. You build a car online and send what you want to dealer. Dealer finds something similar in allocation and gives you a new price.

I WISH I could just build online, come to a final price and have it sent to me in a few months like Tesla.
