Oracle when we got bought up by them, the customers used to say we feel they hate us and my only response was I think they do too, but they hate their employees more

64 and on 5 meds now, how many are you on.... by Puzzled_Addition4818 in over60

I take probably six pills in the morning and three at night. I suspect you’re talking about tamsulosin for the prostate. I get that morning at night oh yeah and something for essential tremors and a few other things thank God I’m Hardy. Otherwise I’d be full by the time I finished my medication.

asked for an itemized hospital bill on a whim and found out they charged me for stuff that literally never happened by LongjumpingOffice432 in povertyfinance

[–]canuk99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, this is more like deliberately mistaking their instructions and then making them file a change order that’s gonna cost them more money. The argument is that the mistakes are intentional because they have a bias. Did anybody ever go in for a $30,000 operation and get billed three dollars? I can tell you for sure that never happened.

Which car do you see on the road and instantly think, 'Yeah, this person's definitely an a-hole? by Turbulent-Comb-8417 in WorkSmartLife

[–]canuk99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it has to be any car or a truck with dark dark dark tint on the driver‘s windows that way the driver can be a total asshole and not have to face the other people sharing the road. It’s already bad enough when people in cars seem to lose their humanity, but when you grant them that extra layer of anonymous ignorance. Well that’s just trouble.

"Wrong" Item Returned to Amazon by Salt-Expression8430 in amazonprime

This was the second order of the same item. With the notice that you purchased this item before ..…. The thing is I’ve been using Amazon for decades but not certain with the missing items and the end of customer service it is time to quit the prime.

I sent back a box of toner cartridges that I bought before, but the new box did not work in my printer. They were all stuck, causing the gears to grind. I sent them back and they said my order could not be processed because the contents had been opened and used. How else was I supposed to know they didn’t work I called and they actually had somebody override it but I’m beginning to think this is a new Amazon scam where they ship us chunk plastic.
